Starter Package for New Business Start-Ups

For start-up companies in Austria, in particular for young entrepreneurs and foreign companies establishing new businesses in Austria, we offer a legal starter package for an all inclusive net price of EUR 3,500 plus cash expenditures and VAT.

This starter package includes the following legal services:

1. Establishment of a new company, optionally a GmbH or a partnership (KG). Establishment comprises the drafting of the articles of association, the documents for registration in the Registry of Companies, application for registration in the Registry of Companies, registration in the Registry of Companies. This all-inclusive price also includes the costs of the notary, but not taxes and fees (e.g. capital investment tax), company registration fees, publication fees or other costs and fees prescribed by third parties).
2. National registration of a brand in three categories (excl. fees levied by the Patent Office).
3. General Terms and Conditions (approx. one page)
4. A standard employment contract for employees
5. Options to General Terms and Conditions and Standard Employment Contract: Support in obtaining a trading licence (excl. taxes and levies)

It is assumed that

• each transaction involves the customary amount of work and customary specifications;
• limited liability companies are only capitalised with the legally required minimum amount of capital (GmbH EUR 35,000) and that there are no more than two partners. We select and provide the notary for the company formation. If the client wishes to use their own notary, the all-inclusive price is reduced by EUR 400.
• General Terms and Conditions and the Standard Employment Contract are modified to meet individual needs in certain areas, but are not completely redrafted for the particular individual case.
• No more than 25 hours of work is required, which is normally sufficient.

The sum of EUR 3,500 net is an all-inclusive sum for all aforementioned services. The client must avail himself of these services within two months of having founded the company. No refunds or credits will be given for services that are not used. Otherwise our General Terms of Engagement apply. These can be viewed on our website www.jmks.at (as part of the Power of Attorney)
